can't take my vitimans!

Ok so I'm 6 half weeks I've just felt sick every day and now I'm at the point we're if I take my prenatal vitiman I throw up straight after 😷 I'm worried because I'm not getting my vitiman any ideas can you get them in a syrup form maybe ? Help I'm sick of being sick
