supplements effecting cycle!?

Has anyone taken ovaboost or cassava twins supplement and experienced a change in you cycle? I've been trying both and I feel more "crampy" and my ovulation seems to be delayed.

Stop taking it right away.  You will probably ovulate much stronger,  but it can completely flip your cycle.  For now just keep taking opks and try to watch for symptoms of O. Such as ewcm or Watery cm,  an increase or decrease in sex drive,  or even moodiness that is away from your typical period.
