FTM stomach pains

I'm 16 weeks with my first and I keep getting these cramps. Not like upset stomach or period cramps it's different. I sneezed and I got a sharp pain that faded and went away. I get random little pains. I almost want to say that it's the baby moving but is that possible this early? Could it just be growing pains? It's not always in one spot. It moves around and it scares me when it happens because it's sudden then it goes away quickly.
