paragard issues?

My LO was born in April and I had the paragard inserted in July. I had zero symptoms and all was great. Until about a month ago. I've had terrible yellow discharge everyday (it feels like my water is breaking) and bad cramping. I can deal with the cramping but the discharge is awful. I've had to wear pads everyday. Should I have it taken out? Is it just my body getting used to it? Thanks!
