ways to get baby to move
Haven't felt baby move much in a last couple of hours. I have cholestasis so my doctors are really big on making sure I get my kick counts. I've tried drinking cold water, laying on my side, eating something sweet and talking to him. Any other tricks? My next step will be going to L&D if I don't get anything soon.
