implantation Bleeding 10DPO

I'm going to start by saying I have a23-28 day cycles I never know when I will start.
I'm on day 28 and 10DPO, which is rare for me. I ovulated later this cycle, then my last two cycles of charting my bbt. I also got a 21 progesterone test and got the call today stating I did Ovulate this cycle. Last two cycles ovulation was on CD10-11 this cycle was CD14.
I started spotting tonight. I also usually start my period always in the morning. I just don't know what tomorrow will bring. When do you think I should take a hpt, if this is implantation bleeding??
