pumping after one hour of feeding
Hey guys..
i am ebfing and i pump one hr after f feeding 5 mins on each side .. i get around 1 ounce to 2 ounce.. i collect all th milk and i give my lo one bottle feed bedtime...thing is i read in kellymom tht if we dont empty our breasts fully it wont produce back ..
i wanna increase supply .. so is this 5 mins after one hour of feeding is enuf? I also did pumping after evry feed.. end of the day i get only 1 ounce and thts not enough for my baby so pumping after one hour is going fine with me but i am worried my supply wont increase..
Any advice to increase supply would be greatfull ..
