Placenta Previa

Anyone else out there have placenta previa? This is my second pregnancy, and with my first I had a placental abruption resulting in my son being born 7 weeks early. And this pregnancy I get diagnosed with partial placenta previa. I'm a nurse and on my feet for my entire shift at work and am nervous because I'm being told to take it easy, but how can I with such a physically demanding job? And I'm scared that my partial will turn to a complete previa and I'll be put in bed rest for the duration of my pregnancy (I'm 20 weeks) and/or another preterm baby. Just looking for words of wisdom and support from some other women who may have through something similar. Thanks ladies!
