Yep I do! My pediatrician and lactation consultant told me it was okay to do around 3 months to help with her reflux. I only put it in a bottle of breastmilk at night and it has helped wonders!

If you're talking about that flaky stuff, I usually mix it with milk. I never give it to babies by itself.

It really is just a filler. We use oatmeal cereal because rice caused constipation (though oatmeal is a filler too). However, It's good to use if you want to "tone down" a strong flavored solid the first time your baby tries it. Some flavors can be overwhelming. I mixed broccoli with oatmeal because my baby was gagging at the smell of plain puréed broccoli. He loves broccoli now, no more oatmeal needed

No. it's garbage, literally a filler. And had absolutely no health benefits. Anyone ever gives my kid that crap will never be alone with my kid ever again.

I don't like rice cereal, oatmeal maybe but I feel by the time they can eat that they can eat normal oatmeal blended.
