acne, eczema or rash??

I've eliminated soy and began eliminating dairy today. He is EBF. Six weeks old. It's been there about a week and a half but it's really exacerbated in the past couple of days. I've tried Aquaphor, Honest Company healing balm and A&D ointment, all to no avail. I keep his face clean with a warm wet washcloth between baths and we use Johnson and Johnson baby wash and lotion. I just feel so badly for his poor little face! Anybody know what it is and how to treat it?
