Moderate Subchorionic Hemorrhage

I am currently 8 weeks 6days pregnant with my first, due July 5th. I received my first ultrasound results today and there was a moderate subchorionic hemorrhage. The baby's heart rate was 167bpm and was a good size 2.1cm from crown to rump. I had very little spotting 5 and 4 weeks ago after sex and nothing since. I have not done any strenuous activities. The only thing I can think of that would have caused this is stress or my job (I am a massage therapist that specializes in deep tissue). The doctor ordered that I do no pushing, pulling, lifting, exercise or sex. He also ordered me to be off work for one week and to go for another ultrasound in 2 weeks. Has anyone else suffered from this? Anyone with quite a physical job? I'm worried about my little gummy bear being ok and worried that I won't be able to work as much as I had intended.
