Smoking Marijuana while breastfeeding & pregnancy?

I came across a study on fb that said that is not safe that it can cause many thigs to your child such as not being smart , born underweight! What do you think

There honestly isn't enough research to say whether it definitely is or isn't safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Though I would prefer to smoke small amounts of marijuana to help with morning sickness and things like that than take pharmaceutical medication. Lol that probably makes me sound like such a hippy, but I prefer to use natural methods if I can over pharmaceutical methods.

I read a study about how it has negative side effects. It is safer than say drinking or cigs but still is not 100% safe. If you have to smoke, wait until they are no longer in need of breast milk

I smoked weed once during my pregnancy and my baby came out 100% healthy. As far as smoking while breastfeeding, I'm not sure. I would pump and dump if I were to smoke but I don't plan on smoking while breastfeeding.

I wouldn't consider it 💯 safe but also wont consider it unsafe! I know many people that have smoked during their pregnancy and their kid where born weighing 8lb and are perfectly healthy kids and very smart ! I dont believe there's any proven studies that says it is unsafe .. personally I stopped smoking the second I found out I was pregnant just because I didnt feel the need to smoke and if I can avoid it why not !!! But personally I dont think its bad ..

Youre about to get a whole lot of " Simple , dont do it." If i were yiu, id research it myself or talk to a doctor (its legal in my state so)
