Avoid Vagisil

Ladies I'm writing this as a warning. Do not use vagisil anti itch cream. I am 29 weeks and had some discomfort and itching over thanksgiving. So for the first time ever I bought vagisil cream and used it as directed until I was able to see the doctor yesterday to diagnose and treat a potential yeast infection. Ladies, my symptoms got worse over the weekend, I was in tears, swollen and horrified by how I was beginning to look downthere. Doc said I didn't have an infection or any symptoms. He was stumped but sent in a scrip for an ointment that of course my pharmacy didn't have for 36 hours. In that time he said to continue with the vagisil. I woke up last night at 5am on FIRE. My labia is so swollen I can stand with my feet together or sit. I have spent the entire day in the bath or laying dow with ice on my crotch. Tomorrow I see the doctor again and I hope he confirms what I suspect... a chemical burn from vagisil.
Ladies. Keep that shot away from your vagina. It's poison!!!
Now that I'm going through this I can tell you for sure apple cider vinegar and coconut oil if you're itchy. See your doctor, don't self medicate!
If anyone has had a similar experience please write in. I am terrrified my vag won't go back to normal... it's horrifying. I'm not exaggerating.
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar in a warm bum deep bath and as much coconut oil as you want. NO VAGISIL
