So my boyfriend was talking to a guy around our apartment complexes, that guy moved out because of the black mold on the out side of the building and been on the vurge for the past 5 years being condemned, we dont want our baby exposed to it by any means. is there anything we can do? What are the laws in minnesota, can the landlord move us to a two bedroom apartment? (right now we are in a one bedroom)
