Late period and weird cramps

So my period has been irregular and odd for the last two years (I've had my period for 6 years) because of mental health issues and stress. My period is really late this time and there is zero chance im pregnant. Starting last night, I had bad stomach pain in the area where cramps usually are but these were different. They werent normal period cramps i know that for sure. Its shooting stabbing pain on both sides of my low abdomen where I think my ovaries are around. I have no idea what to do or whats going on, any help or advice would be amazing. ❤️
