silver hair?

Has anyone on here made the decision to dye their hair grey/silver? Did you go to a salon or did you do it yourself? I'm super impatient so I'm wanting to just go to Sally's and do it myself but it's such a big change and I'm scared lol

I have grey hair, but I would suggest you go to salon if you don't have white, super blonde hair currently. I'd be too nervous to do that much bleaching at home. And be ready for a lot of upkeep. Silver/grey fades pretty quickly

Did this recently and it took 2 sessions and over 12 hours. Silver is the hardest color to achieve. Especially if you have dark or already dyed hair.

I would go get it done. Specially if you have dark hair. Also remember if you have super dark hair it will take a few sessions to get to lightness you'd need.

I'm getting mine done like that in three weeks! Super excited! My hair was previously dyed brown so it's in a transition color right now of a dirty blonde, then I go back and she'll bleach my hair super super blonde and add the metallic color she said.

I dyed my hair purple and the hair dye was semipermanent , so after it fades it turns out kind of like this color 👌🏼
