How do you dress baby?

Winter has arrived here with low temperatures - 0c / 32F. How do you dress baby for the winter? When going out with the pram, etc...

I went out and it was freezing! I dressed my little one in a long sleeve vest, think baby grow and a thick pram suit with a blanket on top!
