Before sex use to feel great for me and now it doesn't 😩 I've had sex with multiple guys including previous ex's and it just doesn't feel the same anymore. I do get turned on and my body reacts but it just doesn't feel the same as before

Maybe you're just having a dry spell? I'm having one myself at the moment so I would understand that. Has something happened in your relationship that makes you unable to completely relaxed?  Are you stressed about work? School? Family?
