Baby won't take a bottle!

Help! Baby is 8 weeks old and I go back to work after Christmas. I can't get him to take a bottle. I've tried breastmilk, formula, avent bottles, nuk bottles, dr toms bottles and nothing! Dads tried, grandmas tried...he screams chokes gags. It's horrible. We've tried when he's starving, not hungry, barely hungry, at night during the day...he won't even take a pacifier! Any advice would be appreciated I'm really starting to worry that my poor husbands (he works from home) is going to have a nightmare on his hands when I go back. Anyone experiencing this that could offer advice??? He's such a little stinker!
