Losing muffin top
I used to be skinny before I got pregnant and had my baby and now I have way more fat than I should 😳 I know most of it is from over eating because I've been under a lot of stress. I got down to 145 for a while but now I'm back up to 155. I'm planning on cutting out a lot of the food but what exercises do you suggest? I don't have any exercise equipment so anything I can just do around the house. I'm tired of feeling gross
