Embarrassed by my big boobs, ladies what do you do to boost your confidence when it comes to your boobs

I have had double D boobs since I was 16, and I swear they just keep getting bigger. It's hard to find a bra that fits them just right and I am so embarrassed by them. My boyfriend loves them and thinks they are such a turn on, but it's hard for me to let him do anything with them where I am not comfortable with them at all.
