help 😢😢😢

i had my bby on 23 of nov & when i gave birth my bby rip my vagaina 2nd degree its been about 7 days my vagaina still a bit soar & uncomfortable at times when siting & when i pee it burns is this normal after bby riping you or should i be worried how long will this last ? im still taking ibprophen for pain & using warm water to poor on the wonds.
