anyone giving up hope after mc?

My partner and I had a miscarriage 2 years ago, it has taken us that long to come round to the idea of ttc as it was a massive blow to us. Today I left the doctors in tears after he explained I've had a chemical pregnancy, absolutely heartbroken of course! Has anyone given up hope like me after a few knockbacks?

I haven't given up hope but I have taken a break from really trying. We still don't use birth control but we are taking a break to have fun with each other, learn to heal together and maybe be more prepared financially and emotionally for when we do get blessed with a child. Don't give up just take a break if needed
