I labored at home for 12 hours, until my contractions were 10 minutes apart. I was dilated to 4cm when I arrived at the hospital, and progressed to 7cm within 30 minutes of being at the hospital. My physician artificial ruptured my water and my son was delivered by VBAC within an hour of my membranes being ruptured.
