Are Kylie lip kits worth the money?

Hi everyone, I'm just wondering your opinions on Kylie lip kits since I see a lot of makeup users on here.

I do not wear makeup, however, I have been considering getting a Maliboo kit since my lips are really cut up and dry bc of my new retainer and I want to cover it up with something that looks nice and I found that shade. I don't know any other brand names of lipsticks or anything so I just picked out Kylie since it seems popular and I watched a few YouTube try on videos and it looked really nice on others.

My friends all say though that the Kylie lip kits are really overpriced for their true quality and the matte shades look ugly. As I don't know anything about makeup, can y'all give me your opinions on it if you have tried out one of her kits? Was it worth the money? How long does it last for first application?

No. You get the exact same thing when you buy matte lipstick and lip liner. The only reason it's so expensive is because it's Kylie Jenner. Big whoop. I've had better experiences with regular liquid matte and lip liner than with her kit. So not worth the money. 
So it's, what $30? I believe that's how much I spent on mine. When you can get the same thing for $10. Only difference is, it's not Kylie Jenner.

I have bought about 8 of the lip kits from Kylie. I'm a big makeup junkie. I absolutely love them! Personally, I may be a bit biased because I do love Kylie Jenner haha but I find the lipsticks so easy to use, other store brand matte lipsticks dried out my lips and looked chalky after a while. Where as, I can't even tell I'm wearing lipstick with Kylie's. So comfortable, so worth it! I say buy one of the singles she has available instead of the kit. The lip liner isn't worth it, so that'll save you a couple bucks. Also if your lips are chapped, remember to hydrate them first with chapstick 10 mins before putting on lipstick. That goes for any brand of lipstick. Shop away! 😘💞💰

I love it!! It's super nice I wear it every single day! I love koko because it goes with my lips, and if I have dry lips or chapped lips it doesn't show with this on!!❤️

an old ex friend of mine her mom did my nails and she bought the nail polish or stuff from Kylie an said in her own words btw "fucking sucked and not worth my money"
