So hungry!!!

So I am 4 weeks and 5 days according to the date of my last period. I am like redicuoulsy hungry. My first appointment isn't until 12/20, this is my first pregnancy and I want to make sure I am eating properly. Does anyone have advise?
I typically drink a smoothie every morning with a packet of light yogurt, spinach & kale, a splash of Orange Juice and some frozen strawberries and bananas. 
Lunch is usually a sandwich but I read that you shouldn't eat deli meat while you're pregnant...
Dinner it's just whatever I fix for my husband and I.
I plan to talk to my doctor about it when I go but that is weeks away, I want to be sure the baby is getting enough food and I'm not just eating because I feel like I'm so hungry!
Please help!
