If two parents have a work schedule that goes past the hours of the daycare or school closes (like the kid should be picked up at 6:30 but they both work longer than that), should the mother, or in the case of same sex couples, maternal figure (forgot to be inclusive in my lastvpost) automatically be the one who drops hours in order to pick the child up. Or should the the person with the lowest for highest paying job do it? Or should they just hire a sitter. Money is losr either way, so how should it go
