Worried

I went to the er a couple days ago I had filled a pad it was bright red..my worse fear I was losing the baby after 3 years of trying I was thinking this can't be it...I had blood work done and an ultrasound. I have a small bleed where the baby is implanting. My levels were at 11000 something I can't remember numbers. So yesterday I had it again the morning not as bad but still there..so off to the doctor they have me scheduled for another ultrasound and did more blood work my levels went up to 13000 something in 12 hours so my doctor said that's encouraging my baby is trying..so I'm hoping for the best I'm just so worried about losing the baby.
