I was waking up so so sick and finally got some medicine so I can sleep and eat. If you are still able to eat I wouldn't worry about it, but if it persists and prevents you from getting water then definitely talk to your doctor! They can help 😊✌🏻️

When I went to get my prenatals the lady at the store told me that sour candies always helped her. I tried it and it works quite well for me too. She said to put a jolly ranchers type hard candy in your cheek on the side you sleep on ( so as not to swallow it) and she would sleep like that and wake with no nausea at all. She said sour skittles also help. Good luck!
