I do it even when I'm not alone! My poor hubby has to wake up with them in the bed bc they fall out when I sleep, and I just replace them. Haha!!

Haha no. But I have a method to the madness. I pull off one square and fold fold fold until it's a small line and then fold that in half and then roll it up... it makes the PERFECT plug.
