How often do you check your fb?

I'm only asking this because I can see many people addicted to it, I don't think that any kind of addiction is healthy thou. I myself was so addicted I couldn't help it, I used to check my fb every 3 seconds.

I was on fb alllll the time. I would check it every 3 seconds all day long. Only time i wouldnt be on it is when i was with my bf. So 2 weeks ago i decided to deactivate it. At first it was hard not to want ti activate it again but now it doesnt feel so bad. I know that my whole family knows my cell phone number and so do other ppl so im not missing out on anything.

Fb became addictive for me.

I also got angry when my friends would be mad at me for not knowing something because they posted it on Facebook. "You didn't know?? I posted it on Facebook!"

I didn't like people assuming that because they posted something everyone should know it.

I feel that if you want to share, do it directly.. I deactivated my account.

I also do not agree with their terms of service and how they use my personal information and photos, so I choose to not put them there.

I only check it when I have a notification or I'm bored! Definitely not every few minutes but probably more then a few times a day!

Sometimes every few days, sometimes when I'm bored, I'm on it most of the day 😂
