Naps!

Hi ladies! Just wondering how guys are doing with naps. My baby girl naps twice in the day but some days she'll nap more than others. Some naps are only 30 minutes other times it's for an hour. Not sure if I should be creating a schedule for her. I'm not always home during the day. I'm usually out and about with her but it doesn't seem to bother her. Does your LO have their own routine or schedule?
