Advice or motivation?
In 2015 I was 136. At the beginning of 2016 I lost about 20 pounds putting me around 120. I wasn't being healthy about losing weight, I mean I was still eating and stuff but not enough. Now I've picked up bad habits like overeating and have gained back more than half the weight I lost. I regularly exercise, running, lifting and I play softball. How do I lose weight and keep it off? And how do I find the motivation to stop overeating?
