I feel so guilty that I'm finally pregnant after nearly 17months trying TTC and I all keep thinking about is the weight gain 😩 how much should I be gaining? It's taken me such a long time to get to a weight I'm happy with and I'm so worried I'm going to gains so much weight during the pregnancy and struggle to get back down to my "ideal" again. Anyone got any healthy low fat pregnancy food ideas? Or pregnancy diet plans? I know it will be all worth it in the end when I have my little bundle in my arms and my little boys has his much longed for sibling 🙂 I'm 10weeks and have suffered from really bad sickness, up to now but have recently been put on tablets 3 times a day which is helping me eat and keep it down, my pre pregnancy way 7st 8lbs but I have already gained 4lbs since taking my tablets is this way to much weight? I'm so hungry all the time, and it actually helps me to not feel sick when I'm eating 😩
