pain above belly button

So I'm 14 weeks and since this morning I've had a pain above my belly button. It feels like a stitch or an internal bruise but becomes sharper when I bend down or cough. Is this ligament pain? I'm not sure if it's to high up for that.

I've called the midwife and I'm waiting for a call back to try and clarify what it is. Anyone had anything similar?
