After a miscarriage last year in June and another miscarriage this year in June (with twins) I have another positive. I'm worried that I will miscarry again and I'm afraid to tell anyone until I'm out of the first trimester. I'm not sure how far along I am I had my period October 25 and then 11 days later (November 8) I had it again so I don't know if that was a period. I tested positive today and yesterday if my last period was November 8 I'm 3 weeks and 4 days today. Neither of my test were with first morning urine ( I work nights and I just got off work) so either I'm father a long or I'm producing a lot of hCG... I'll take either I just want a healthy pregnancy! I decided to test due to feeling nauseous for the last three days and really sore nipples
