My baby girl just turned 3 months and we just had her frenulum cut. We have been told since she was born that it was short but got mixed opinions on whether it needed to be cut. We finally were able to get an appointment with a specialist and he determined it would lead to speech issues and was causing our latching issues. She has been formula and breastfeeding since about 4 weeks.

Looking for advice from anyone who went through same. I've been nursing and pumping all along but only get about 3 oz combined during each pump session. Did your supply goes up with better latch? Did latch get better? So frustrated and sad right now because I see no change.
