Period cramps still....

I had bad period cramps in the first trimester which my OB said were growing pains from my uterus. Made sense. They stopped about 17w, thankfully. Well now at 26w theyre back and worse than ever. Tuesday U was in bed all day with them, havent felt that bad since i went of the depo shot 3 years ago. Then last night they woke me up out of a dead sleep. Anyone else
