Should i switch formula?

I have 3 wk old twins...they cry alot after they fart or booboo...and it looks like it hurts them abd they are uncomfortable..do u think its the milk??

I talked to my lactation consultant bc my 3 weeks old is gassy now. They said it's normal & our milk has better nutrients for the baby. ☺️I completely understand I was freaking out & upset I did something wrong because it felt like it started out of no where. Apparently they change week by week so we have to be ready. 😀

Newborns (especially twins) have a very immature digestive system. How is the consistency of their bowel movements? If it's normal then Personally I'd try some gas drops for a week.
