please help!

Natasha • Wife to my best friend. Crunchy mama of a 3 year old boy, Judah. 2 babies in Heaven, one on the way, due March, 2021.
I'm having discomfort (not extreme, but noticeable) in my far upper right abdomen. About two inches over and an inch above my belly button. Anyone know what this could be? No other out of the ordinary symptoms, no bleeding or spotting
