It's takes a long time and it depends on how long your were on it. I was on it about 3 or 4 years and it took a long time to get pregnant. I had to take progesterone. It takes so long bc it is such a high dosage. And your adding more each month. Baby dust to you.

Well... for me.. I was on it for a year and a half. Stopped taking the shot and two weeks after I was supposed to get my shot again, I got pregnant. 😂 it must have not stayed in my system too long. So it really depends on the person.

I'm not sure because I was on the pill. I just wanted to say that my mom got pregnant with me when she was on depo! I'm not sure how my parents beat the odds like that. Especially since women are saying that it stayed in their systems for so long.

When my last shot wore off after 12 weeks I got my first normal period a month after. I guess its different for everyone.

I was on Depo for about a year and a half. I was due for my shot in August, but I didn't get it because I'm TTC now. It's now December and I'm just getting AF back. The least time is about 4 months, but everyone is different. I also used herbs to help aid in getting AF back in motion.
