Hcg levels

I am 4 weeks 4 days and I had my first prenatal appt two days ago I have my 1st ultrasound scheduled at 7 weeks I am just worried about my Hcg my doctor called me and said its 366 and she wants me to do another test tomorrow I don't want to think negative but I had a mc a year ago and I am praying every thing goes well
