Kegels!!!!
I've been doing the kegels as the app suggested, only I doubled the sets to 20, three sets of 20. My husband and I were intimate for the first time in about a week and he called me a "born again virgin"! I greatly suggest doing them, I thought they were a farse, but I guess not!!
