early signs of pregnancy?

I've been ttc for 2 years now and the last few months I havnt really been thinking about it due to moving house and other things I've been quite busy. Just lately I've noticed some changed. I have spots, I havnt had spots since I was 16 now I'm 21? Also my breasts normally hurt 6-7 days before I come on and they have been hurting for 5 days already (5-6 days after ovulation) I still have 7 days still I'm due on. I know everybody is different, but could this be signs? Also I'd love to here what symptoms you had before you found out you were pregnant, if any?
