please look!! I think I have the start of my BFP

So I'm 8dpo had lots of cramping and a weird feeling on the left side of my belly! Took an IC and a very faint line came up, I'm hoping & praying it's the start of my BFP but I had a chemical in August so I'm trying not to get too excited!! What do you think?
