I'm 12 DPO no spotting all BFN 3/2/1 days ago, waiting on pregnancy blood test. anyone else been here??

I'm going crazy thinking am I pregnant am I not pregnant I just want to know so bad.  The weirdest thing is that I actually feel pregnant except for the morning sicknessesand/ or all Day sickness. OK so a little background I have three children 10 eight and five all healthy birth no complications my girls were only 6 pound my son is eight. With my son I knew early with my girls I knew really late. With my five-year-old I got a weeks worth of negative before I finally got my positive. I know I'm probably just over worrying for no reason but I've never felt like this before it be crazy if I got pregnant this fast i've only had my marina out since October 31 my first AF on the third. Lasting only two days. I ovulated late that day 20. I quit testing a day 21 but I was still having EW-CM, Wet Stream ECM until the 24th. I'm pretty sure I did ovulate on the 20th but I never check these kind of things before. My other pregnancies happened when I was 19, 21, 23. Back then before marina on my cycle was normal and short to three day. Very light bleeding no cramping but bloating a little. I don't mean to sound like pushy and stuff I understand a lot of Women have been trying a lot longer than I have and I'm hoping just to reach out and get some of your guys his wisdom so I can relax a little because I'm so stressed out trying to figure all this out. I found out this year that because of my back in disk problems that I wouldn't physically be able to carry a child if I waited too long. I already have three and I know it sounds selfish but I only have one child with my current husband and two from my previous marriage. My husband was adopted so the only blood relative he knows is our daughter. I really just want to give them another daughter or a son. And I really want one too before my body can't. So I've gone off all my pain management treatment my back injections my muscle relaxers right pain relieversand extenders. I'm starting to feel the pain already but it's worth it. I plan on doing no medication during my pregnancy other than Tylenol. I don't think there's anything else it safe I mean I don't know .I don't know how long blood test come results take. Anyone have any experience???? Thank u for taking the time to breed my extremely long post. 😀
