Nursing pads: Which ones to get??

Question

Which nursing pads have you found to be great? If you like them, how long have you been using them? (After reading reviews, some pads can be great to begin with and then problems arise with the product after a just few weeks).

I'm looking into buying LilyPadz which are a little pricey, wonder if these are the best option or if there are other brands that are better? Thanks :-)

I have used medela disposable and lansinoh disposable. They are both comfortable, but the medela ones are thicker so if you wear a thin bra usually, the lansinoh ones will be better!
That being said, I found the medela ones to be more comfortable, the sides of the lansinoh ones make me itchy

I had to wear them really only when sleeping. I'd leak and liked the lanolin brand ones that stick to inside of sleep bra. The reusable ones and ones without adhesive would move around and drive me crazy.

I've never needed nursing pads, but I have a whole box of the paper disposable ones just sitting in my bathroom. I've never leaked. Just get some disposable ones before you dump money into something you might not need.
