how long did it take your baby to get used to eating/food?

My daughter turned 6 months so I am starting to feed her some food (mostly purée). She doesn't seem too interested in it though- should I just continue to offer her food or maybe hold off for the time being?

We did a new purée every 3-4 days until she had tried everything. It always took at least 2 days before she started really eating a new food. Eating is just for fun now so I never stress about whether she eats a whole container, or just a few bites.

The first few days my daughter wasn't really interested, then after that she started to open her mouth with more interest. Until we started a new food so I think it just takes some getting used to and deciding if she likes it or not lol i don't force her to eat it I try to get a little in her mouth to at least taste it for a few days then she's decided to she likes the rice cereal but not so much the prunes.
