Two days ago I found what I think is a cyst on my vagina, its extremely painful and what's a way to get rid of it?

It looks like a possible abcess to me! They are usually pretty painful to touch move etc! If it is an abcess then it's filled with infection! It should go down within a few days but if it doesn't I would recommend going to a doctor. In the meantime applying a hot flannel to the area will help bring any infection to the surface and also ease any pain! Hope you feel better!
