😟😟😟 Idk how to feel

So me and my bf was just talking and he just hypothetically ran down to me 1000 different reasons he dont want a baby.. i want to cry but i cant cause then he'll know... but he said if it happened then he would change his mindset... but thats not what i want at all... him to change his mind because he has to i want him to cause he wants to... now i dont want to tell him... i was going to give him a gift box on Christmas eve with a bynch of baby components in it but idk now.
